No attorney-client relationship until engagement

Calling, texting, emailing, or submitting the intake form does not create an attorney-client relationship. A relationship is formed only when both you and the firm sign a written engagement agreement. Until then, do not send confidential details about what happened; inquiry information is nonetheless treated as confidential under the rules governing prospective clients.

Fees shown on this site

Posted fees are minimum flat fees for representation through plea, dismissal, or other non-trial disposition, quoted individually based on charges, record, and county. Trial representation is quoted separately. Court costs and filing fees are additional. The $75 consultation fee is credited toward your fee if you retain the firm. The engagement agreement, not this website, controls the final fee terms. Financing decisions are made by independent lenders, not the firm.
